Kuala Lumpur

Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia and is affectionally known as KL. Its modern skyline is dominated by the 452 metres high Petronas Towers, a pair of glass and steel clad skyscrapers that began construction in March 1993 and were completed in 1998. From 1998 until 2004, they were the tallest buildings in the world until 2004. They remain the tallest twin towers in the world today.
In July 2020, after we spent 7 days in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur became our next destination. Our accommodation in KL was at the Traders Hotel directly opposite the Petronas Towers and the beautiful KLCC park.
During our stay, we went up to the observation deck on the 86th floor of the Petronas Towers before coming down to the Skybridge on the 41st floor.
